A New Holiday Game

Hero is a jolly game for the garden or sands. Play It when you are wearing your oldest holiday clothes, though, because you’ll probably get in rather a moss! Two players have to stand about three yards apart holding a ropa which must ho bigh enough from the ground to enable the other players to run beneath without touching the rope. The two holding the rope then proceed to lower it a little, and they continue to do so until the players can only with the most frantic efforts, crawl under it without touching. The slightest touch puts the crawler out. To add more zest to the game forfeits can be claimed from those who arc cut, while the player who is “in” last may receive a small prize.
