(Received Thursday, 11.50 p.m.) LONDON!, Nov. 10. A feature °f the elections of Lord Mayors 'was the number of women appointed. Five Socialists were elected—the Lord Mayors of Bradford, Bristol, Manchester, Norwich and Sheffield.
