The cheese'graded for March, 1927, comprised: .White 6241 tons; coloured 3021 tpns, c a total, of -§253, tons,, com-, pared with 5816 tons white, and 8310 tons coloured, a total ,of 9126 tons for March, .1936 an increase of 1.4 per cent.
