CYCLING HANDICAPS FOR TO-NIGHT. Another evening meeting under the auspices of the Manawatu A. A. and Cycling Club will be staged at the Showgrouds this evening. Mr. J. A. Cyclists should remember that entries to the Manawatu Caledonian sports close to-clay and for the Dannevirke and Woodvillo meetings on April 11 and 19 respectively.
