PENALTIES. The winner of any race after the declaration of the weights may be rehandicapped by the handicapper. RULES AND REGULATIONS. All Races to be run under the New Zealand Rules 'of Racing. ACCOMMODATION. Loose Boxes situated on the Course may be rented at a charge of 25s and paddocks 5s .for the meeting. Board and lodging for trainers, jockeys and -attendants is available on the Course at the charge of 10s per day for each person, but with a minimum charge of‘£l.
