Cable Association.] (Received Sunday 7 p.m) LONDON, Feb. 19. - A pew petrol pump, designed by an Australian, Frank Hammond, has been Installed in the Royal garages at Windsor, \Sandringham and Marlborough pouse. It transpires that Dame 1 Nellie Mleba has interested herself In Ham- ‘ mond’s Invention, and introduced him tp Professor. Low, who pushed the interests and. secured patents on behalf of Hammond. Its virtue is unfailing accuracy, being correct to within eight drops. Tests with ordinary pumps revealed that Inaccuracy various from a quart short to a quart oyer: The Board of Trade 1 investigation revealed that Hammond’s retained accuracy without Inspection or adjustment
