RAIN AND FLOODS
Present indications are for northerly winds strong to gale, backing to southerlies shortly. The weather will be unsettled and squally, with rain generally and with heavy rain in the AVest Coast districts, with rivers flooded. The barometer is falling, hut rising everywhere after about 20 hours.
