Certain .turbulents contemplate an invasion of Corsica. The French naval forces accordingly have been regrouped, and patrols and torpedo boats and submarines arc patrolling the waters. The French alpine covering divisions have been increased. The uneasiness explains the recent movement of funks and armed cars towards Nice. Finally, the Corsican garrison has been brought to its full strength.
