The “Daily Telegraph’s” Paris correspondent says that the arrests in connection with the Perpignan plot, number nearly two hundred. It is untrue that any British are included WELL-PLANNED ATTEMPT. (Received Thursday, S.lO p.m.) PARIS, Nov. 3. The police arrested at various points between one hundred and fifty and two hundred revolutionaries, cn route to Spain. The arrests followed on the discovery in September, that Italian and Spanish plotters were planning a blow to coincide with the Fascist march in Rome. They had held meetings at the Anarchist Union rooms in Paris, under the leadership of Francisco Macia, Jose Carrio .and Ramon Muster, three Spaniards. Arms wore purchased and motored to the Spanish frontier, where they were stored in the mountains, but tho arrests forestalled tho rebel action. One baud received at Toulouse, military clothing, equipment, maps, field telephones, machine-guns, and instructions for mountain campaigning. Tho conspirators’ make-up resembled tourists. Another group arrested near Perpignan wero fully supplied with bandages, medicaments, and bombs.
