SEQUEL TO MOTOR COLLISION. [Per Press Association.! TIMARU, Last Night. Arising out of a collision between a cyclist and a motor car in this district some months ago a claim for damages was settled in the Supremo Court when Douglas Christie, the cyclist in question, who lost a leg as a result of tho collision, was awarded £IOOO damages and £SO costs. Defendant was George Willian Brohaut. A counter-claim was dismissed without costs.
