TURKEY BALANCES HER BUDGET

Kcmal Pasha, opening the National Assembly, commented on the fact that the Budget had been balanced and predicted an acceleration of the progress of tho country. Ho stressed their pacific aims and said delimitation formalities on the Iraq and Syrian frontiers were in progress and had a happy bearing on tho relations with Britain and France.
