PIGEON FLYING
The Feiiding Club flew its second race from Tc Kuiti on Saturday, the 23rd inst., under favourable conditions. the birds doing fairly good time, covering the distance ISO miles air line in 3 hours., 7min. The results were as under:— A. Malcolmson’s "Bonnie Prince Charlie,’’ Ist,, 1217.7 yards per min. G. Malcolmson’s "Consistent,” 2nd, 1216.3 yards per min. A. W. Stace's “Bryan O’Flynn. 3rd. 1214 yards per min. K. Whisker’s “Red Peter,” 4th, 1207.2 yards per min. R. Harper's ’’Sky Pilot,” sth, 1205.6 yards per min. A number of others were close up.
