MANAWATU SHOW
MVE STOCK ENTRIES CJbOSE Kith inst. Saturday next, the IGth inst., is the closing day for live stock entries for tlie above Show. The art and industrial sections being now complete and dealt with, attention is being given to the horses, eattle, sheep and pigs, and those who have it in their mlnds 'to exhibit should immediately get their entries in to the secretary. Preparations are well forward at the Showgrounds, which are in fine heart. Tire latest improvement is the provision of an up-to-date counter refreshment room, which will no doubt !be greatly appreciated by those who require a quick lunch. The motor section will again be a big feature in tlie Show, the space already applied for being very large. The Manawatu Kennel Club will hold its annual show as a separate entity in one of the exhibition hails, and will make a charge for admission except to members of the Mana-v.-atu A. <fe P. Association and their own members. The whole exhibition will be fully maintained at its own high standard of excellence. All information may bo had from the secretary, Box So, Palmerston North.
