Judgment Summonses. D. Kennedy was ordered tn pay W. Parrott (Mr Abraham) £27 10s 7d by instalments of £1 a month, in default 21. days’ imprisonment. James Dunne (Mr Ongley) secured an order for the payment by John Taylor of £4 13s, default being fixed at 5 days in gaol. R. Hulena was ordered to pay £9 11s Gd to D. Mackay (Mr Clayton) forthwith, or suffer 10 days’ imprisonment. H. T. Avery has to pay the Department of Health £149 Ss; the alternative being fixed at three months in gaol. Mr. Cooke appeared for the Department. C. E. Dompsy (as liquidator of tho Palmerston North Dairy Coy., Ltd., in liquidation), secured an order for the payment hy William Hines of £2S 5s sd; default being fixed at 28 days’ imprisonment. Mr Abraham represented plaintiff and Air Alerton, the defendant.
