Hie “Daily Mail’s” Riga correspondent, says that it is reported from Moscow, that the trial on charges of high treason, of Trotsky, Zinovieft, and Rah'k, begins on November 20th, before the Communist Party’s Central Committee.

The charges against all three are violation of Party discipline, In openly discussing the policy of M. Stalin and the political bureau, in conisequence of which they received notice, which they could not decline with safety, to attend an inquiry before the Central Control Commission.
