On Trial Before Central Committee
VIOLATION OF PARTY DISCIPLINE
Hie “Daily Mail’s” Riga correspondent, says that it is reported from Moscow, that the trial on charges of high treason, of Trotsky, Zinovieft, and Rah'k, begins on November 20th, before the Communist Party’s Central Committee.

The Rusisian Oppositionists are reported to have sunk their own differences, and appointed Trotsky their leader in the new revolution, says a Moscow message received in Berlin. M. Stalin has invested the Chief of Secret Police with dictatorial powers for the suppression of the movement. It is stated that the trial of Zinovieff and Pratakoff, before tho Central Control Committee has begun in the Kremlin. Trotsky is also on trial. The charges against all three are violation of Party discipline, In openly discussing the policy of M. Stalin and the political bureau, in conisequence of which they received notice, which they could not decline with safety, to attend an inquiry before the Central Control Commission.
