A MILLIONAIRE’S SCHEME. LONDON. August 26. A millionaire business man living at Biarritz has hired two giant 'planes from Imperial Airways, Ltd. These will be fitted up as flying offices. Equipped with tables and typewriters, they will be used on visits to financiers throughout Europe and also to convey financiers to Biarritz. The millionaire wanted a third ’plane, but as the cross-Channel services are very busy he could not bo supplied at present.
