MATCH AT OHAKEA. West End Old Girls journeyed to Ohakea yesterday and defeated the home hockey eleven by 3 goals to one. Blr. J. G. Cressey was the referee. First blood was drawn by Ohakea, Bliss Svenson securing the only goal in the first half. Shortly after the resumption of the game. Bliss Jones' equalised for the visitors and five minutes later Bliss Gibson, by a neat pass in the circle, enabled Miss Newth to score for W.E.O.G. Just before the call of time. Miss Newth gave an encore and the game ended, 3—l. The visitors were entertained bf the Ohakea Club before their returo to town.
