PENALTIES. The winner of any race after tht declaration of weights may be re-han-dicapped by the handicapper. RULES ANb REGULATIONS All races to bo run under the Nett Zealand Rules of Racing. ACCOMMODATION ! Loose Boxes situated on the Course may be rented at a charge of £l, and paddocks 5/- for the meeting. Board and lodging for trainers, jockeys and is available on the Course |at a charge of 8s per day for each person, but with a minimum charge of £l.
