POLO TOURNEY

COMMENCES TO-DAY Those who have never seen a game of polo will have the opportu\ ty every day this week, commencing this morning. The first match will commence at 10.30 o’clock and two matches will be played this afternoon. It is probable that three matches will be played each day, and there will be an adjournment in the afternoon for tea, which will be available in the stewards’ luncheon room. Two special stands have been erected on the ground—one for visitors and the other for those who wish to reserve seats. Special accommodation is also provided for the press. Hawke’s Bay. Homewood and Hamilton teams arrived on Saturday and Christchurch yesterday. On Saturday afternoon, at Parorangi, the Feilding team played a practice game, all players being in action.
