Just after noon a few showers of rain fell, .the day concluding in dull weather. The going, however, was good. The totallsator investments for the day amounted to £3 4,327 against £18,121 on tjio second day lor® year, showing a decrease of £3,294. The total decrease for the meeting was £5851, the investments for the two days being £27,235 against £33,086 for the corresponding meeting last year.
