WASHING-UP DAY AT PALMERSTON NORTH. Bankruptcy and a few miscellaneous matters comprised the business at the final day’s sitting of the present session of the Supremo Court at I-’almerton North. Brookle, of Palmerston North, storeman; W. C. Brookle, of Palmerston North, linesman; P. Cameron, of Palmerston North, butcher; J. E. P. Cannell, of Tlakltahuna, farmer; W. Garrick, of Otaki, builder; J. Francis, of Rangiotu, labourer; M. Honore, of Palmerston North, builder: H. C. I.intern, of Palmerston North, electrician; H. P. V. Miller, of Foxton, farmer; J. H. McLean, of Waituna West, farmer; P. Shaw, of Otaki, labourer; C. J. H. Thomson, of Palmerston North, engineer; B. A. True, of Feilding, motor mechanic, and J. Williams, of Levin, labourer. Claim for Declaration. B. S. Lancaster and W. Anderson, as executors of the estate of S. R. Lancaster, claimed that an agreement for sale and purchase, made with W. H, Brown, had been validly cancelled and that defendant Brown should deliver up possession of lands, £l4O 5/11 interest, mesne profits and £SO damages for alleged breach of covenant. The claim had been hold over from the previous day to enable counsel to submit authority; As the matter ils still open to doubt the judge made an order that the case stand over until next sessions.
