Whyte, he visited the Montecill Home in the morning and spent sorii time with the roldier inmates and * noon,, he was tendered a civic recap tion. At one o'clock he was entei tained at luncheon .by the Otago Uhl verslty Club and at ,2.30 he was Th guest at another reception by the E* hibltlon directors. Ho visited th R.S.A. at 3 o’clock and later in tu evening was the guest of honour at? dinner by members of the Fernlu Club. Viscountess Allenby attends several of the functions and was entei tained by the Otago Women’s Club H the evening. To-morrow, the visitor will leave for Christchurch. sMI
