THE WEATHER.
Present indications are for westerly breezes northwards of New Plymouth and ‘Napier and westerlies freshening tisefrhere. The weather will be fair to cloudy generally, but changeable conditions and scattered rain will be likely soon In districts with a westerly aspect. The barometer Is failing, in the south.
