Company Posts Ultimata to Men RETURN TO NORMAL RATE OR “GO QUICK* Two sheep an hour was the order at the Follding freezing works yesterday—a situation which obviously cannot continue very much longer. Yesterday afternoon the following notice was posted up at the works by the company;— Owing to the /"go-slow” policy of the slaughtermen, who have g now reduced killing to two sheep per hour, the company has decided that unless satisfactory assnr- ■ finces that the slaughtermen at these works vrlll resume and continue killing at the normal, pace are given to the-management by 12 10-morroW (Wednesday), am more stock will be offered tm them for killing.
