It was due to a conflict with Herr Titu.esco, the Rumanian Minister in Lou.ion, wii|) headed the Rumanian Debt jOmhilaalOn Which recently concluded the funding atrangement with the United States. Herr Titulesco alleged that Prince Bibesco .had not Sufficiently prepared the ground for the negotiations prior to the commission’s arrival. Prince Bibesco has , heel transferred >to the Bucharest Foreign Office. [Prince Antoine Bibesco in 1919 married Elizabeth,, daughter of the Eft« Of oxford.]
