The Puollc Prosecutor asked the examining magistrate to arrest Bishop Zadravecs, jChaplatOrOefleral of the Hungarian Army, in connection with the bank note scandal, but the Magistrate refused. The authorities also declined to prosecute the Bishop, on the ground that h e was not engaged in criminal transactions and had not attempted to flee from justice.
