PLACED IN LEAGUE’S KEEPING. [By Electric Cable—Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sunday 7 p.m.) The United States Government informed the League secretariat that it l.j ready to communicate all treaties end International agreements concluded by it. The treaties may be published in the League’s list, on the understanding that they are not formally registered by the League, In view of the fact that the United States is not a member.
