BEAUTIFUL WOMEN; NO BABIES
WRONG MOTHERS. NEW YORK, November 17. Because the best sort of women are not assuming the responsibilities of motherhood, Americans, it Is stated are deteriorating physically and mentally. At Milwaukee, Albert Wiggan, the famous lecturer, editorial writer and author of "The Family Tree”, said that educated American women were not having enough babies. He then charged them with leaving motherhood to women lacking in intelligence and beauty, with the result that girls in U.S.A. were fast deteriorating in looks. They were also becoming less intelligent and less capable of conversation. Only one baby of every three born he assorted, had an educated mother.
