HOCKEY.
It has been decided by the Feiiding Hockey Association to postpone the men’s lixtures, owing to a large number of players attending the military camp at Trentham from Friday next and during next week. The Association is endeavouring to arrange a representative match with Wanganui at Feiiding on Saturday next and the Saturday following, to carry over the camp period. The ladies’ fixtures for Saturday are as follow:—Hlnekoa v. Ohakea, at Feiiding. 3..15; Old Girls v. High School, at Feiiding, 2.15; Carnarvon a bye. On July 25th, at 2.30, at Ohakea, the final of the McKelvie Cup contest will take place between Carnarvon and Ohakea Clubs, (South section), and the pick of the Feiiding teams, High School, Hlnekoa and Old Girls (East section.)
