MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning, before Messrs R. H. Smalo and E. H. Fisher, J.’sP., a first offender pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness while .in charge of a horse and was convicted and fined £3. Consent was given to Issue a prohibition order to take effect in the Oroua licensing district from date.
