Kidnapping and Murder. POLAND PROTESTS TO RUSSLI. [By Electric Cable —Copyright] FAust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sunday. 9 p.m.) WARSAW, July 12. The Polish Government presented a Note to the Soviet Minister strongly protesting against the kidnapping of a Polish lieutenant, demanding that he Immediately bo conveyed to the frontier and the establishment of a commision of enquiry into the case. The Foreign Ministry a’so verbally protested against the alleged murder on the Polish frontier of a corporal by Russians, suggesting a Joint commission of enquiry and demanding an idemnity for the victim’s family .
