BOY SCOUTS.
KE-ORGANISATNON CAMPAIGN. With a view to reviving the Boy Scout movement In Palmerston North a conference was "held last evening between members of the Scout Council and the Rotary Club Those present were: Mr R. S. Abraham (in the chair), Major Bosworth and Mr G. Trott, representing the Scouts: and Rotarlans L. F. do Berry, J. Murray, R. Luke, J. B. G-er-rand, Cam. Turner, J. T. Muir, P. Larcomb and R. H. Billens. There was a full and frank discussion of the difficulties and needs 6f the movement and considerable enthusiasm was shown. It was decided to call a combined meeting of the committees of the various Scout Troops and their Scoutmasters to meet the Rotary Club representatives on Tuesday evening next in Abraham and Williams’ board room, when plans will be discussed for future work.
