Ongley) has chosen the following players to represent Manawatu against Southern Hawke’s Bay, at the Sportsground. on Boxing Day, December 26., play to commence at 10 a.m.; —McVicar, Perrin, Harrison, Donaldson, Gallichan, McSweeney, F. Bennett, Eyre, Burke, Mullins and .McDonald. Reserves: Ross, Pickering, Drake, Deidcrich, and Palmer.

The above players will also travel to Marton on the 7.10 a.m. train on December 27, to play Rangitikei.

Hawke Cup Team,

afanawatu, on the home ground of the winners of the Hawke’s Bay-Nel-son match (which is being played at Nelson on December 26), on either January 5 or G, will have the following representatives in the field: — Hope, Harrison, F.
