The junior representatives selected to meet Wanganui, at Wanga-nul, will leave by motor bus from Clarendon Hotel corner, at S a.m. on Friday, December 28 (fares will be collected before starting).
South Hawke’s Bay and Raugitlkei
The selector (Mr A. M. Ongley) has chosen the following players to represent Manawatu against Southern Hawke’s Bay, at the Sportsground. on Boxing Day, December 26., play to commence at 10 a.m.; —McVicar, Perrin, Harrison, Donaldson, Gallichan, McSweeney, F. Bennett, Eyre, Burke, Mullins and .McDonald. Reserves: Ross, Pickering, Drake, Deidcrich, and Palmer.
The above players will also travel to Marton on the 7.10 a.m. train on December 27, to play Rangitikei.
Hawke Cup Team,
afanawatu, on the home ground of the winners of the Hawke’s Bay-Nel-son match (which is being played at Nelson on December 26), on either January 5 or G, will have the following representatives in the field: — Hope, Harrison, F. Bennett, Burko (Old Boys), McVicar, Eyre, and Mullins (Railway). Donaldson, Perrin. McSwceney (K.S.A.) and Oallichau (High School). Emergencies; McDonald, Drake and Pickering.
Ongley will not be available. Wednesday Representatives.
