MAN FINED FOR POSSESSING THEM. [Per Press Association.] ASHBURTON, December 23. When William Simpson was arrested for drunknosess, the police found three tickets in Adams’ Tattcrsall’s cash consultation on the. Moorefield Stakes Sydney. At the Police Court this morning Simpson was fined 20/cn a charge of purchasing the tickets. The police stated they also found Hip address of the ticket vendor in Australia, which will be forwarded to the Postmastcr.General.
