Monday, 27th instant, being a public holiday (Labour Day) a competition has been arranged for prizes very kindly donated by Mr A. Hannay. It has been arranged to hold a one club competition on the Monday afternoon, 18 holes handicap medal play. Players must nominate their club when taking out cards, and can start any time after 1.30 p.m. The season closes with mixed foursomes on Saturday, November 1. and tho. o wishing to take part are requested to send in their entries to either the ladies or men’s secretaries. Players are requested to send in partner's names if possible.
