SHEEP PAVILION.
TENDER FOR WORK ACCEPTED
The Feilding A. and P, Association lias accepted the tender of Mr. Edwards for the erection of a sheep pavilion on the association’s showgrounds. The amount of the tender is £ll4l 14/C. The work' Is to be completed iu ten weeks, and on the suggestion of Mr. A. P. Francis, it was decided to ask the Governor-General, Lord Jellicoe, to perform the opening ceremony. Much credit is due to Mr. Francis for his energies in connection with the pavilion project, and the stock drive;-which he has been instrumental in arranging, is to take place in January next, when it is anticipated that sufficient funds will be realised to meet the expense of erecting the pavilion.
