MARCONI’S PROPOSITION. [By Electric Cable—Copyright] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Monday, 2 a.m.) LONDON, October 21. Sir Godfrey Isaacs, in a statement regarding Sir L. Worthington Evan’s complaint, declares the .Marconi Company is ready to enter into a pooling arrangement with the Post Office provided it can secure t?fe commercial management of its own services. Alternatively that company will accept a general non-exclusive license. PREMIER’S PLYMOUTH SPEECH TO BE BROADCASTED. (Received Monday, 2 a.m.) LONDON, October 20. Arrangements are being made to enable the owners of wireless receiving - sets thruoghout the United Kingdom, numbering several hundred thousand, to hear Mr Baldwin’s speech at Plymouth on October 25.
