THE DEBENTURE ISSUE. The Town Clerk informed the "Times" yesterday that over £IO,OOO has been subscribed toward 3 the Feilding Borough Council's debenture scheme in .connection with the loan for tar sealing roads. The greater part of this money has been received from outside sources and it behoves local people who have their interests in or about the Borough to support the issue. These £IOO debentures entitle the owner to draw £2 15/- interest every six months, and on the date of the expiry of the bond the holder is able to draw the whole £IOO.
