SIGHTSEEING AND SPEECHMAKING. [By Electric Cable-Copyright] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] NEW YORK, Oct, 16. Mr. Lloyd George tvas greeted by great crowds of the populace on his arrival in Chicago. The reception committee lias arranged a full programme for to-day, consisting of sight seeing and apoechmaking. The United States Secretary for Labour, Mr. Uavls, has left San Francisco in a Government aeroplane for Chicago to meet Mr. Lloyd George. Mr. Davis is a Welshman.
