REPRESENTATIVE RUGBY.

END OF SEASON GAME. The victory of the Manawatu representatives over Wanganui lasi Saturday is still the subject of discussion among football enthusiasts. That the green and white combination have learned a few tricks from their tour down South is quite obvious, for all those who saw their play last Saturday must admit that it was one of the fastest games they have playca this season. Their combination has improved "out of sight," and it is a long time since we saw tho forwards handle ih e leather as though they were backs. It was this feature that enabled them to pile up the score as they did. What will be their chances against Wellington? Will they do tho same as they did against Wanganui? Perhaps that is too much to expect, but something in the way of a terrific encounter is sure to occur. If the day be fine, it is anticipated that even a bigger attendance than last Saturday will be there. MANAWATU TEAM.
