YOUNG PEOPLES' CAMPAIGN. To-night at the Cuba Street Methodist Church, Rev. E P Blamires will inaugurate a nine days' campaign in the interest's of the young life of the Methodise Churches of Palmerston North. An illustrated lantern lecture on Jerusalem will be delivered by Mr Blamires, tiwho Js general secretary of the Young People's movement- ot his church. As a padre during the Great War, Mr Blamires had the privilege of visiting the Holy City, where ho secured a magnificent selection of slides which present all the notable features of the city, both ancient and modern. Added to this, Mr Blamires is one of the brilliant men of the Methodist Church, and a past-master in the art of presenting his message. An intellectual treat is in store for those who attend. The nine days of "live-wire" meetings will include big rallies in both churches on two Sundays, and a series of special addresses to young people next week, when such subjects as "Springtime," "Self Realisation," "The Value of the Bible,'" "Youth and Life," "Honest Doubt's," and "Tho Ideal and the Actual", will be dealt with. The meetings are open to everybody.
