The " Daily Telegraph's " political correspondent says that to crown Germany's misfortunes, a colossal scandal is about to be disclosed. Herr Stresemann'B Government is convinced that practically no control of any sort existed over the sums lavished on the Ruhr. There is not even proof that it all reached its destination.
Herr George Bernhardt, editor of the " Vossiche Zeitung," who had the courage to open the attack against Herr Cunno, has begun a new campaign, demanding a full investigation. There are indications that the German public is soon to be made acquainted with a scandal overshadowing the famous Pahama case.
