In some cases this neglect is due to a dislike of anything which suggests the inevitable, common end of mankind. In other cases the fault Is sheer procrastination, the constant deferring of a task which is regarded as difficult. Both these causes are unworthy of a thoughtful family man; either fault may mar an otherwise good record of citzenship. When a man does not leave a will providing for a. wise reliable executor and trustee he practically gives this order: » "Divide my estate according to the laws of inheritance. Make the division on the rigid basis fixed by the law to meet the average case." An intestate estate cannot be conserved to the best advantage of dependants. It must bo wound up and 'livided—not as the late owner would have willed, but as the law directs. The State-guaran-teed Public.
