Note.' —Gentlemen riders must nave certificates, ns emergency certificates cannot be Issued. Qualified hunters are those qualified in compliance ■with part 5, N.Z. Hunts Association, and the Master s Ccrtm, cate of qualification must be produced at time of nomination. The -winner of any race after the declaration of Handicaps may bo rehandicapped. In the event of the weather being unfavourable, the Stewards reserve the right of postponing the races from time to time, as they deem fit. All entries to be addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North, and to state name, sex. colour, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, names of the owner and trainer, and colours of the rider, and in case of handicaps the performances of the horse. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity.
