DISTRICT ALLOCATIONS
Included in the grants made by the Board of Governors of the G. T. Macarthy Trust yesterday were the following: All Saints’ Homo, Palmerston North, £100; Willard Home. Palmerston North, £100; Convent of Mercy, Palmerston North, £75; Convent of Mercy, Marton, £4O; Catholic School, Feildlng, £2O; St. Anthony’s School, Pahlatua, £4O; St. Mary's Church of England School, Levin, £25; St. Mary's Convent School, Foxton, £3O; St. Stephen's School, Marton, £SO: St. Patrick’s School, Palmerston North, £6O.
In each case, except in that of St. Stephen’s, Marton, th e grant was the same as last year’s. The sum distributed was £9015, and the total amount allocated since 1913 Is £63,912.
