CHRIST CHURCH INTERESTED
IN PALMERSTON NORTH BUS SERVICE. The Christchurch Tramway Board wrote to the Borough Council last night asking to be supplied with a copy of the transit balance-sheet, for the year ended 31st March, 1923, as the question of using buses for feeding purposes comes up for consideration from time to time in Christchurch; also asking to be informed of the effect of buses on the roads, and whethor '•ovenuc account is debited with any ■•harf" for road maintenance.—The ''"own Clerk was instructed to, supply 'ho necessarv information.
