WEDDING IN S.A. BARRACKS.
The first wedding to take placo in the Salvation Army Barracks was held on Wednesday afternoon when two residents of Feilding were united in the holy bonds of matrimony, the con. tracting parties being Mr T. J. Pal. mer and Miss Olive Chapman. Brigadier Newby officiated and gave the newly married couple some soun I advice. It is understood that the presentation—a Bible f —that takes place on the occasion of the first marriage in a building, will be made .shortly.
