A Chicago message states that Lord Curzon, on behalf of his three daughters by bis first wife, has joined Lady Hyde, of Suffolk and Berkshire, in a suit alleging mismanagement by Joseph Leitcr and Mrs Colin Campbell, of th 0 late Levi Letter's estate. Levi Leitcr, the Chicago millionaire, left his wealth to the first Lady Curzon, Lady Hyde, Mrs Campbell, and Joseph Loiter, his four children naming Mrs Campbell and Leiter as cotrustees. Disputes between the heirs have existed for years, finally resulting in lawsuits asking for the removal of the co-trustses.
