ARRESTED IRISHMEN.

Bridgeman (Home Secretary), replying to a question in the House of Commons, said nothing more than their internment was proposed at the present in connection with these arrested in the Irish roundup in England. An advisory committee would be constituted at an early date. REBEL PROCLAMATION. MOURNING FOR EXECUTED PRISONERS. (Received Thursday, 8.20 p.m.) LONDON, March 15. The rebels issued a proclamation in view of murders of prisoners of war who were executed, the present will be observed as a time of mourn, ing and all sports and amusements suspended, and places of amusement and resorts closed. If the rebels are’ able to enforce this the McTigue Siki fight will be affected.
