Justice Galt, in the Court of King’s Bench, in dismissing a suit brought to compel the ac counting of funds by a former officer of the International Brotherhood of Loconjotiye Engineers, held that the organisation was illegal, operating in restraint of trade and had no standing the'Canadian Courts. Thp suit was against an ex-secret-ary. who was relieved of office in 102 l" and who declined to resign, claiming •-hat liis removal was illegal. It was intimated that the Brotherhood would appeal to the Privy Council.
